🔥 Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally soon. Stay tuned.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and arrive in 4–8 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Every Emberglow Fire Pit order includes:

The guide will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase.

📬 How will I receive my digital guide?

Ember & Soul is delivered to the email address used at checkout. Check your inbox (and spam folder) within 48 hours after purchase. If it hasn’t arrived, contact us at hello@pureluxedecor.com.

🔐 Can I share the Ember & Soul guide with others?

The guide is licensed for personal use only. We created Ember & Soul as a gift to those who purchase the Emberglow Fire Pit — we kindly ask that you don’t distribute or share it. It helps support our small business and the creators behind the rituals.

🕯️ Is this a real fire pit?

Yes — the Emberglow Fire Pit produces a real flame using clean-burning fuel. It’s smokeless, odorless, and designed to bring warmth and ambience to your space.

🧯 Is it safe to use indoors?

Yes, when used properly. Emberglow is suitable for well-ventilated indoor spaces and outdoor areas. Never leave it unattended. Always follow the included safety instructions.

⛽ What kind of fuel do I need?

The Emberglow Fire Pit is designed for bioethanol fuel only. Do not use rubbing alcohol, lighter fluid, or any unsafe substitutes. Bioethanol fuel is widely available online and in hardware stores — clean, odorless, and safe for indoor use.

🛑 Can I return or cancel my order?

All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pureluxedecor.com. We’ll review your request.

🛠️ My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right.

🌫️ Does the fire pit create smoke or smell?

Not at all. When used with high-quality bioethanol fuel, the flame is clean-burning, smokeless, and odor-free. You can use it indoors without lingering fumes.

📏 What are the dimensions of the fire pit?

The Emberglow Fire Pit is compact and tabletop-friendly — ideal for home décor, rituals, or gifting. For exact measurements, please refer to the product page before ordering.
